At Kamikaze Artz, each artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation made with care, time, and emotional investment. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our paintings, we maintain a strict no refund or exchange policy on all purchases.
1. Original Artwork Sales

All paintings and creative works sold through Kamikaze Artz are original and hand-painted.
Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to:

Individual screen settings or device displays

Natural differences in brushwork and texture
These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects or grounds for a refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
​
While refunds are not issued, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping each artwork.
In rare cases where a painting arrives damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered, we offer the following resolution:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with photos and order details.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Claims made after 48 hours or without visual proof may not be accepted.
3. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed, as the artwork is prepared and packaged immediately for dispatch.
For custom commissions, work begins upon order confirmation — therefore, cancellations or refunds are not possible once the creative process starts.

4. International Orders
​
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees as applicable in their country.
Refunds will not be issued due to delays or costs related to customs processing.

Even though refunds are not available, we are always open to assisting with repairs, replacements, or adjustments where possible — ensuring that your experience with our art remains positive and fulfilling.
